New Builds, Extensions & Re-Wires: We can help you with all aspects of a New build, Extension & Rewire, from the design stage, and product choice to the completion and certification of the project. We start with a site visit and allow you to take your time in choosing where you wish everything to go from light switches to plug sockets. However we appreciate that you may change your mind so we also allow for this and items can be changed and added to through out the project. We also have a wide number of recommended trades persons from Planned drawings to Builders and Plumber, that can help you complete your new project. |

Single Items & Alterations: No matter how small the job, be it a single socket or the changing of a light, a new electrical shower or garden lighting. All will receive the same level of professionalism and commitment. |

Fuse Boards/Consumer Units: The consumer units/Fuse board is the main electrical item that gives you electrical safety so only the best will do. All consumer units come with RCD'S which protect you from electrical shock if a fault were to occur and meet the current Wiring Regulations (BS:7671). |

Data/Network & Telephone Points: For additional outlets through out your property then give us a call. we can install cat5/6 network cables & telephone cables to any of your rooms. |

Fault Finding: If you are having problems with your property from a constant blowing/tripping fuse to a sparking socket, we can carry out an inspection to find the cause of the problem. |

Inspection & Testing: We are fully trained to City & Guilds 2391 to carry out a full Periodic inspection report/Landlord certificate of your property. |

Part 'P' Approved: For electrical work that must comply with Part P of the Building Regulations, a building notification certificate will be sent to you within 30 days of completion (please see our guide to part P). |

Fully Qualified & Insured: We are fully Qualified having passed all the relevant City & Guilds qualifications. Also we have full Public Liability insurance to £2 Million. |
